Are you registering for the first time? Registering with a new address? Voting with an absentee ballot?
Listed below are all the important links and dates that make it easy to register and cast your vote for Richard Mammen. Please email us at richardmammenforschools@gmail.com if you have any more questions about how to vote.

Voter Registration Form: Voter registration forms can be found here. Fill out the form online, print and mail or deliver it to your county elections office.

pre-register to vote: Pre-registration ends 20 days before each regularly scheduled Primary or General Election. Voter Registration Application must be recieved by the Elections Office by 5pm the day of the deadline. Visit here to learn more about pre-registration.

election day registration: In Minnesota a resident can register to vote on election day at their polling place. You may be required to bring proof of residency. Visit here to learn more about what to bring.

absentee / early voting: If you are going to be out of the state on election day, don’t worry–it is not a problem. Absentee and early voting ballots are available 46 days before the scheduled election. The process can be completed in person or by mail. Visit here to learn more and to download an application.

June 25: Absentee / early voting ballots become available for the Minneapolis Primary Elections.

July 21: This is the last day that your county Elections Office will be accepting pre-registration applications for the Minneapolis Primary Elections. If you choose to mail your pre-registration application, please, allow enough time for the application to reach the elections office by July 21. Hand delivered applications will not be accepted after 5pm, July 21.

August 10: Minneapolis Primary Elections. Be sure to show your support by voting for Richard Mammen for the Minneapolis School Board (At-Large).

September 17: Absentee / early voting ballots become available for the Minneapolis General Elections.

October 12: This is the last day that your county Elections Office will be accepting pre-registration applications for the Minneapolis General Elections. If you choose to mail your pre-registration application, please, allow enough time for the application to reach the elections office by October 12. Hand delivered applications will not be accepted after 5pm, October 12.

November 2: Minneapolis General Elections. Be sure to show your support by voting for Richard Mammen for the Minneapolis School Board (At-Large).

You may register to vote in Minnesota if you

-are a United States citizen
-will be at least 18 years old on Election Day
-have resided in Minnesota for 20 days immediately preceding Election Day
-maintain residence at the address given on the registration form
-are not under court-ordered guardianship in which the court order revokes your right to vote
-have not been found by a court legally incompetent to vote
-have any felony conviction record discharged, expired or completed your sentence. “Applicants with a question on the status of a prior felony conviction should contact their probation officer to gain clarification and resolve their status question before completing a voter registration application.

If you meet the eligibility requirements you may re-register to vote when you

-move within Minnesota since the last time you registered
-change your name since the last time you registered
-have not voted at least once in the last 4 years
